Welcome to the official registration website for the 1st High-Level Steering Committee Meeting of the International Coalition for Science, Research, and Innovation in Ukraine.
Established through the Rome Declaration for Science, Research, and Innovation in Ukraine, the Coalition is bringing together key decision-makers to provide political steering and strategic guidance in support of Ukraine's science, technology, and innovation sector.

About the High-Level Steering Committee
The High-Level Steering Committee meets annually in person, bringing together senior representatives from all Coalition members. It serves as a platform to:
- Discuss the main challenges facing Ukraine's science, technology, and innovation sector
- Exchange information on ongoing actions and best practices supporting Ukrainian science, technology, and innovation
- Contribute to advocacy efforts aimed at strengthening broader stakeholder support
- Help realise Ukraine's potential for a modern, sustainable societal and economic recovery
Who should register
Members of the High-Level Steering Committee should be ministerial-level representatives, or the equivalent, or the highest representative of non-governmental organisations and private entities. Each Coalition Member designates one representative.
Each designated representative may be accompanied by one additional delegation member. Please ensure both the representative and, if applicable, the additional delegation member are registered through this website.
Travel and accommodation
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and associated costs. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the European Commission for two (2) Ukrainian participants, in accordance with EC travel guidelines.

Registration
In order to participate in the 1st High-Level Steering Committee Meeting, registration is needed, which takes place in two steps.
